Eviden Joins UNIFE to Advance FRMCS Development and Strengthen Cybersecurity

Eviden, the Atos Group leader in digital, cloud, big data, and security, is proud to announce its ratified membership with UNIFE – the European Association of the Rail Supply Industry – following the General Assembly in Brussels on June 13, 2024. UNIFE advocates for the rail industry's interests at both European and international levels.


Eviden has also joined UNITEL, UNIFE’s committee focused on the development and implementation of FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System). Leveraging its global expertise in Mission-Critical Systems, Eviden will bring valuable insights to UNITEL. The company has established strong collaborations with several UNITEL members, including Alstom, Siemens Mobility, Ericsson, Nokia, Leonardo, Thales, Ervocom, and others. This membership will further enhance the ecosystem, benefiting railway customers through improved collaboration and innovation.


In addition, Eviden plans to join the UNIFE Cyber-Security Working Group, leveraging its position as the leading provider of European Managed Security Services.
