Gert Jan Wolf, founder of MCCResources and TCCC, strategic partner of Radio China, has recently made an interview with Michel Duits, who is the technical lead at DSB for Nødnett network, to explore the future communicaitons trends. 

Many government organisations are currently struggling with the question: What's next after narrowband TETRA (or P25) technology? Simply moving from an established critical communications technology to another (that is not yet established) is not something you do overnight.
