NSW Telco Authority proudly hosted its annual Public Safety Network (PSN) Vendor Workshop, bringing together key partners to share updates, exchange ideas, and provide valuable feedback. The event underscored our shared commitment to enhancing secure, reliable critical communications throughout New South Wales.
Designed to strengthen collaboration and drive innovation, the workshop provided a platform for meaningful engagement between vendors and PSN stakeholders. Discussions focused on improving service delivery, advancing emergency communications infrastructure, and ensuring the continued safety and connectivity of communities across the state.
A highlight of the day was a presentation from NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, which shared insights into their vital work managing over 7 million hectares of protected land. Their participation highlighted the critical role of the PSN in supporting emergency response, coordinating natural disaster efforts, and safeguarding both visitors and wildlife in some of the state’s most remote areas.
The event also featured interactive breakout workshops led by industry leaders Anton Meyer (BAI Communications), Ildo Tomasiello (Downer), John Lea (Highforce Pty Ltd), and Fahad Saeed (Service Stream). These sessions sparked insightful discussions on enhancing collaboration and improving project delivery across the network.
We extend our sincere thanks to all our vendor partners for their continued dedication and contributions. Your support is instrumental in ensuring the PSN remains a trusted and resilient platform for critical communications across NSW.
