The Global Certification Forum (GCF), in collaboration with the Telecommunications Industry Development Association (TIDA), is hosting a full-day workshop at The Langham Shenzhen focused on the 3GPP roadmap for 5G-Advanced and the path toward 6G. The event will also highlight how GCF is evolving its certification programs to support global industry adoption of next-generation standards.

The workshop will provide both China and international market perspectives, offering participants valuable insights into upcoming technologies, certification frameworks, and industry best practices.

The event is designed for:

• Device manufacturers (OEMs & ODMs) for personal, IoT, or mission-critical communications

• Device-oriented solution vendors, including SoC, modem, SIM/eSIM, and software client providers

• Test laboratories specializing in conformance, field trials, and interoperability

• Test solution providers

• Mobile network operators, service providers, and other stakeholders with an interest in mobile device and service certification

By bringing together experts across the ecosystem, the workshop aims to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and readiness for the future of 5G and beyond.
