Across industrial facilities, public service areas and remote operating sites, teams often work beyond the limits of a single coverage area. For these users, a repeater system must do more than carry radio signals. It needs to link scattered sites, support coordinated dispatching, simplify device management and keep communication available during demanding daily operations.
Kirisun has introduced the K-R600, a next-generation DMR digital repeater built for large-area coverage, IP-based multi-repeater networking and converged dispatching applications.
The K-R600 introduces several key enhancements for daily operation and system integration. Its upgraded LCD, hand microphone support, built-in high-power speaker and backup power design make daily operation, monitoring and maintenance more direct. Meanwhile, IP interconnection, a built-in SIP gateway, AIS/SNMP interfaces and expansion ports help support broader network integration and future system expansion.
Upgraded 2.0-inch LCD for Easier Device Monitoring
The K-R600 carries forward the reliable design of Kirisun’s DMR repeater series, while introducing hardware upgrades that make daily operation more intuitive. Its 2.0-inch HD LCD gives technicians a clear view of device status, channel information and alerts at a glance, making real-time monitoring and maintenance easier.
Hand Microphone & Built-in Speaker for Clear On-Site Audio
The K-R600 also supports a hand microphone and includes a high-power built-in speaker, allowing users to transmit voice directly from the device and hear audio clearly in noisy environments such as industrial sites, logistics yards and construction areas.
IP Networking with Built-in SIP Gateway
The K-R600 supports analog and digital operation, with intelligent signal recognition and automatic mode switching based on the received signal type. Through IP interconnection, multiple K-R600 repeaters can be connected over IP networks to create a cross-area, multi-site wireless communication network. When integrated with compatible dispatching and management systems, the network can support voice calls, text messaging, location services, recording and centralized dispatching across a wider operating area, while helping reduce networking costs and maintenance complexity.
Beyond coverage extension, the K-R600’s built-in SIP gateway and standard interfaces also support broader system integration. Through SIP gateway capability and standard interfaces such as AIS and SNMP, it can be integrated with third-party dispatching platforms, network management systems, telephone systems and other service platforms. A reserved DB26 expansion port provides flexibility for customized system integration and future application development.
By combining wide-area coverage, IP-based multi-site networking, gateway integration and reliable on-site operation, the Kirisun K-R600 provides a practical foundation for building stable professional communication networks across complex operating environments.
