Rohill is pleased to confirm its participation in the 9th MCX Plugtests™, organized by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) with the support of the Critical Communications Association (TCCA) and the Union Internationale des Chemins de fer (UIC). The event will take place from February 24-28, 2025, and will be hosted by Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, USA. This important event will bring together global mission-critical communication leaders to test and validate the interoperability of MCX solutions based on 3GPP standards.
As part of its commitment to open standards and seamless communication, Rohill will focus on testing the Interworking Function (IWF) with as many participants as possible during the Plugtests.
“Interoperability is at the heart of creating resilient and reliable communication solutions for mission-critical users,” said Bert Bouwers, Chief Technology Officer at Rohill. “Our participation in this Plugtests event reflects our commitment to delivering robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of public safety and other critical sectors.”
The Plugtests events play a crucial role in ensuring the adoption and success of global standards, promoting collaboration, and fostering innovation across the industry. Rohill is proud to contribute to this effort and looks forward to working with other industry leaders to enhance the interoperability of mission-critical communication systems.
